About the Role
As a Senior Accountant at Miragold Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of accounting functions. This includes handling a full set of accounts, month-end, year-closing, and audit schedules, as well as tax and stock control. You will also be responsible for management, statutory, and group reporting, development of business plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. You will also prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow statements, handle inventory management, and handle petty cash and staff claims. Furthermore, you will liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure compliance with accounting standards requirements.
