  2. You should provide testing support to Mastercard customers for all products and services.
  3. You will need to act as processing implementation advisor to customers' processing support staff.
  4. You should guide projects to execute necessary processing implementation activities.
  5. You will handle multiple key customer processing implementation projects in parallel.
  6. You must define, create, maintain and document standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes.
  7. You should train CIS organization, other Mastercard organizations and the customer.

About The Ideal Candidate:

  1. You should have intermediate experience in IT system knowledge with network technology, applications and project management understanding.
  2. You must have excellent payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge.
  3. Mandarin speaking proficiency is required for this role.
  4. You will need to interact well with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  5. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills for a teaching environment.
  6. You will drive change in a technical work environment.
  7. You will multi-task covering multiple projects.
  8. Experience in mobile payment background or API authentication/authorization is beneficial.
  9. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent.
