Job Description

We are seeking Customer Advisors, who will be responsible for supporting Trip.com's customers with their travel-related needs. This includes assisting with product inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.

As the voice of Trip.com, you will use your interpersonal skills and passion to build trust with customers and ensure their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions via phone, chat, or email.Communicate Effectively: Show empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with customers.Achieve KPIs and Team Goals: Work towards individual and team objectives, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback.Identify Process Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance work processes and suggest changes during team meetings and 1:1 sessions.Support Colleagues and Team Lead: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors as needed to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English and Malay: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Patient and Empathetic Nature: A passion for helping others and a sense of fulfillment from making a positive impact.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Positive Attitude: A diligent and result-oriented approach to work, with a high stress tolerance and analytical thinking skills.
