- Ensure the delivery of talent acquisition services and metrics to meet hiring strategies and develop the company's employer brand through various platforms.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for all managerial openings and critical hirings, providing regular recruitment updates and tracking reports to stakeholders.
- Design and review sourcing strategies to efficiently attract suitable talents with talent acquisition partners.
- Partner with HRBP and C&B teams to propose competitive market-aligned offers following HR policies and procedures.
- Built and maintain hiring manager and candidate relationships to ensure satisfaction of hiring and the candidate recruitment experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in managerial positions; recruiting in the supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
- Experience working on managerial or senior roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Expertise in various direct candidate sourcing strategies, such as web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching.
- Passion for complex recruiting problem-solving and stakeholder coaching.
