Key Responsibilities:

  • Long-term Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that include planning, risk management, and investment for long-term success, ensuring the company's financial sustainability.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing transparent and accurate financial information.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Certification: Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA and MIA are necessary.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Big Four audit firm, and at least 3 years of experience in a public listed company.
