We are seeking a skilled Executive, Quality Control to join our team at Different Technologies Pty Ltd. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our high-quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying all incoming and outgoing materials and products, inspecting procedures, and ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support our registered dealer during car collection and provide assistance throughout the process.
- Analyze and verify technical issues raised by dealers and provide detailed justification for their complaints.
- Negotiate with dealers to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems that arise.
- Handle repairs for cars that require maintenance and conduct thorough inspections before handing over vehicles to dealers.
- Automotive experience is required, preferably with a focus on quality control.
- Familiarity with Body & Paint and knowledge of car accident checks is desirable.
- Understanding of car part prices and labor costs is beneficial.
- A valid driving license is mandatory for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends and relocate within the Klang Valley area if needed.
