We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our team as a Recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various databases, social media platforms, and other reliable sources.
  • Conducting interviews using effective recruitment tools and methods to filter candidates within set schedules.
  • Evaluating applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR recruiting best practices and applying them in day-to-day activities.
  • Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.
  • Promoting our company's reputation as a desirable place to work.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Recruiter in a similar industry or staffing agency.
  • Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply, with training provided.
  • Previous experience working in a BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will work office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
