Senior Tax Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team at Businesslist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns, VAT/GST filings, withholding tax reports, and other related tax compliance tasks for multiple entities.
You will support month-end and year-end tax accounting processes, including tax provision calculations and reconciliations. Your expertise in ensuring timely submission of tax filings and payments to tax authorities in compliance with local regulations is crucial to our success.
In addition, you will assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transaction analysis. Your liaison with external tax advisors and local authorities on audits, queries, and other tax-related matters will help maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Maintaining and updating tax records, documentation, and standard operating procedures is also a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement automation efforts within the tax function.
A successful Senior Tax Compliance Specialist should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a tax analyst role or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of tax regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
