  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention, working closely with managers to achieve results.
  3. Provide expert advice on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support business growth and development.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Manage workplace conflicts and disputes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  6. Offer guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  7. Maintain HR policies, practices, and processes in accordance with local labor laws and regulations.
  8. Deliver HR metrics and analytics to leadership teams to inform decisions regarding staffing, turnover, and talent management.
  9. Contribute to workforce planning and budgeting processes to ensure the organization is adequately staffed and resourced.
  10. Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
  11. Communicate effectively with employees about changes, addressing concerns and providing necessary support.
