About the Role

This Recruitment Consultant position requires you to report to the Manager, aiming to achieve personal delivery targets through developing and managing a defined candidate and client database, delivering high-quality recruitment consultancy services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with the Manager to formulate a client and candidate development plan, supporting the achievement of personal sales targets
  2. Executing a range of sales and marketing activities to attract business, in line with the client and candidate development plan
  3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future priorities and identify new leads within the Randstad Group
  4. Engaging in sourcing activities such as publishing vacancies, networking, and conducting referrals to source candidates that meet client demands
  5. Managing the recruitment process for clients, from sourcing to interview stage, ensuring client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner
  6. Providing expert advice to clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career progression opportunities
  7. Maintaining accurate client and candidate details in the CRM systems for effective management information reporting

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is an added advantage
  • University degree or higher education (Fresh Grad encouraged to apply)
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Previous internship experience in Advisory firms / Management Consulting / Private Equity / Banking / Investment Banking will be highly valued
