About the Role
This Recruitment Consultant position requires you to report to the Manager, aiming to achieve personal delivery targets through developing and managing a defined candidate and client database, delivering high-quality recruitment consultancy services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Manager to formulate a client and candidate development plan, supporting the achievement of personal sales targets
- Executing a range of sales and marketing activities to attract business, in line with the client and candidate development plan
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future priorities and identify new leads within the Randstad Group
- Engaging in sourcing activities such as publishing vacancies, networking, and conducting referrals to source candidates that meet client demands
- Managing the recruitment process for clients, from sourcing to interview stage, ensuring client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner
- Providing expert advice to clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career progression opportunities
- Maintaining accurate client and candidate details in the CRM systems for effective management information reporting
Requirements:
- Sales experience is an added advantage
- University degree or higher education (Fresh Grad encouraged to apply)
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Previous internship experience in Advisory firms / Management Consulting / Private Equity / Banking / Investment Banking will be highly valued
