Job Description

You will support the commercial manager in performing cost management functions including budget planning, controlling, forecasting, and reporting. Assist in managing major capital and small in-house projects, and oversee department outsourcing and facility maintenance contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve departmental processes and systems to increase work efficiency.
  • Perform data analysis, prepare reports, and recommendations, and handle high-level administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
  • Coordinate specialized cleaning tasks such as glass and carpet cleaning, sanitary programs, landscaping maintenance, pest control, and laundry functions, ensuring compliance with the Integrated Pest Management program and ISO documentation.
  • Attend to and assign work requisitions, coordinate housekeeping tasks, ensure records are updated and properly kept, and manage cleaning schedules and documentation for various areas including cloakrooms, toilets, sewage, and waste disposal.
What You Will Bring to the Team

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar administrative and commercial support role is required. Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also necessary.
