  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or equivalent field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the ice cream industry;
  • Strong understanding of local regulations and legislation;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external authorities;
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and emerging trends in the industry.
