  • Review and approve all visual elements within the team to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and are consistent with the creative vision.
  • Coordinate with other departments/teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, both verbally and visually.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or advertising is required.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a senior designer or 1-2 years experience as a junior art director, with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and knowledge of industry-standard design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey creative ideas and concepts effectively to clients and team members.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and inspire creative teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and meet KPI.
