Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Manager for Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and service activities for Arkema's Molecular Sieves business in the Energy segment within the Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and/or technical roles within the Energy industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial adsorbent or catalyst applications. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and emphasize value-selling.

The role will involve managing all sales, business development, and marketing activities for the Energy market in the region. This includes building and managing sales pipelines to achieve annual objectives, utilizing sales tools including Sales Force for sales and business development activities, and conducting technical product and application presentations.

In addition to their commercial skills, the successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise to the entire sales and service network, managing technical designs, performance reviews, optimization, and troubleshooting tasks.
