Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing mistakes independently, identifying needed spare parts, and carrying out repairs (e.g. mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, control technology, pneumatics). You will also work closely with in-house service and management to agree on interim solutions and discuss with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Analyzing mistakes independently and identifying needed spare parts
  2. Carrying out repairs, including mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, control technology, and pneumatics
  3. Agreeing on interim solutions with in-house service and management and discussing with customers
  4. Providing documentation of carried out service applications

Implementation Responsibilities:

You will carry out implementation tasks, including:

  1. Carrying out implementation tasks; agreeing with management or in-house service and discussing further procedures if necessary
  2. Carrying out machine takeovers with end customers; carrying out customer programs and adapting them as required
  3. Carrying out customer installations with security instructions
  4. Providing documentation about introduction and installation feedback for quality management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar environment or related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Salary Range: RM4,000 - RM5,000
