Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and manage the company's overall compensation and benefits system to ensure its competitiveness and fairness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages.
  • Manage the salary review process to ensure accurate and timely evaluations.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and other welfare programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to control compensation and benefits costs while maintaining employee satisfaction.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to provide compensation and benefits advice and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to support decision-making.
  • In charge of HR Operations, including employee onboarding/offboarding processes in all regions.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
