Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Brokerage Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Brokerage Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our brokerage practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to develop business relationships with clients. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to review coverage terms, conditions, and pricing on new and renewal accounts.

  • Develop business relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide professional advice on policy coverage, claims preparation, and operation.
  • Assist in preparing accurate claims reports to maintain proper records and facilitate distribution.
  • Coordinate site visit arrangements with relevant parties to assess risk.
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Company and/or Group policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and deal with correspondence appropriately.
