We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at TG Human Resource Management Sdn Bhd. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support for M365 applications, conducting troubleshooting, and delivering training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for M365 applications, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
  • Deliver training for employees on using M365 applications.
  • Be an advocate for best practices for use of all M365 products.
  • Perform administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, and systems configuration.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Microsoft 365 Technologies.
  • Experience in Microsoft Intune and supporting M365 users.
  • Possess knowledge in IT networking and troubleshooting computer 1st level networking problems.
  • Possess IT skills in MS Windows, M365, desktop hardware, and network environments.
