  5. Coordinate regular cycle counts, scrutinize results, and investigate root causes for discrepancies, ensuring inventory records are consistent with physical counts.
  6. Support accurate inventory valuation by partnering with the accounting team to guarantee precise costing and valuation for financial reporting.
  7. Recognize and execute improvements to inventory processes and reporting procedures to amplify efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Generate and distribute regular inventory reports for management, summarizing key metrics and identifying trends or issues.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
  2. 4 years+ of experience in finance or accounting;
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple geographies and time zones.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in inventory accounting.
  7. Proficiency in using Oracle software for inventory management a plus.
  8. Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
