Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business administration and human resources. They will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the organization, including administration functions, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Administration: Assist in the coordination of administration functions, including company waste management, security management, logistics management, vehicle management, license management, and hostel management.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Monitor and administer company cleanliness, general rubbish disposal, and pest control activities.
  • Developing SOPs: Work out, manage, and maintain Office & Logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure daily activities run smoothly.
  • Ensuring Security: Liaise with security supervisor on daily matters to coordinate security duty control.
  • Managing Licenses: Responsible for company business license application and renewal.
  • Maintaining Equipment: Assist in handling maintenance of office equipment (phone, photocopier/fax, printer, etc.).
  • Organizing File Records: Ensure all file records are updated and properly filled.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related working experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, including ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
