The UAS Maintenance Team Lead plays a crucial role in managing maintenance activities, evaluating UAS fleet performance, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coordinate, and supervise repair/maintenance works on equipment, staffing, and training functions to boost overall performance, efficiency, and quality.
  • Evaluate the performance of the UAS fleet using engineering, maintenance, and aviation tools.
  • Review and implement processes for continuous improvement in maintenance flow, management, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide feedback on key improvement areas of products in use.
About You
  • Technical troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.
  • Presentation skills are also necessary for effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office is required for data analysis and reporting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in people and maintenance segments is necessary.
