FIN Specialist

The Financial Solutions team at Mettler Toledo AG is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting global financial solutions and end-to-end financial processes.

We are seeking a skilled FIN P2P VIM Specialist to join our DBS FIN team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement, enhance, and support global FIN applications on VIM and other relevant VIM solutions.
2. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers to support daily operations and projects.
3. Analyze business requirements and transform them into functional solutions, including documentation, configuration, and testing.
4. Support the definition of template processes and solutions, and the end-to-end delivery process.
5. Ensure proper integration with China Vendor Portal and other relevant systems for working E2E processes and data flow.
6. Align solutions and support delivered across the FIN P2P and VIM Solutions Team with defined policies, guidelines, and SLAs.
7. Partner with other teams, including Security, Integration, TEC, Data Governance, ER&A, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Service, SCM, PLM, and be familiar with IT processes.
8. Support organizational and methodology changes, and maintain good relationships with business stakeholders.
9. Participate in Demo sessions and other SAFe events, focusing on customer value definition, planning, delivery, and reporting.
