**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Businesslist. Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process changes.
  • Process Improvement: Lead internal teams in analyzing quality issues, drive the implementation of improvement measures, and verify the effectiveness of improvements.
  • Quality Management Document Development: Develop and optimize quality management documents related to incoming materials and processes, such as periodically optimizing IPQC checklists and incoming material inspection standards.
  • Training and Assessment: Conduct regular training and assessments for production line inspection positions and quality department QC personnel.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze and propose improvement measures for non-conformities identified during internal and external audits, lead internal teams, and track the effectiveness of improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Experience in developing and implementing various quality control plans and procedures, establishing and maintaining quality standards, and driving improvement initiatives to enhance company quality standards.
  • Skills: Experience in establishing, maintaining, and monitoring Quality Management Systems (QMS) and driving improvements, familiarity with the five key quality tools: SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a large electronics factory.
