**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our team. As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for attending to conveyancing and banking matters, including drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Approximately 1-3 years post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law;
- Possess initiative, positive attitude, and able to work independently;
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu;
- Proficient with Microsoft Word.
