Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PTP Financial Analyst to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing vendor information, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor information, including necessary checks and updates for remittance advice.
  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process invoices from multiple sources, including Ariba network, central mailbox, digital archive, and EDI.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payable reports monthly to confirm payment accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting: Extract information for month-end reporting and assist in internal and external audits.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects as needed and support the PTP Director with early payment requests.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Onboard and set up new vendors, including necessary master data updates.
  • Invoice Generation: Generate invoices from purchase orders (POs) and manually key invoices into the financial system.
  • Rush Payments: Settle rush payments within targeted time frames.
