Job Description:

As a Procurement Specialist at Fairwork, you will play a vital role in sourcing and procuring products to meet customer requirements. Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing suppliers to achieve competitive cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cross-functional supplier evaluation, selection, and development
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost reductions
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers through various media channels

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the IC industry and supplier base
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English
