Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet or exceed company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular testing and validation of extrusion processes to maintain consistent product specifications.
- Develop and refine extrusion processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot extrusion machines to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with extrusion machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of extrusion processes, machinery, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
