About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Plaza Premium Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Group accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with the Group's financial reporting team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial results recorded in books.
  • Assist in the preparation of analytical reviews and analysis on financial reports, proposing accounting treatments for corrections as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial reporting processes and procedures to meet the challenges and needs of stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate, reliable, and timely reports for internal requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent, and/or professional qualification in ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in finance/accounting, with 1-2 years of exposure in a large and reputable audit firm an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems, internal controls, financial reporting, and financial statements analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, with fluency in written and spoken English.
