Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy to expand market share and drive business growth in Southeast Asia.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including distributors, wholesalers, and direct-to-market sales.
- Client Management & Business Development:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
- Lead negotiations and contract development, ensuring beneficial terms for the company.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior management on pricing strategies, customer feedback, and industry developments.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the aquaculture, seafood, or FMCG industry. Proven track record in B2B sales, market expansion, and key account management is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of MYR 12,000 - 16,000 per month (based on experience).
- A commission-based bonus on net sales revenue above agreed quarterly targets.
- An annual performance bonus based on achieving key sales milestones and strategic goals.
