This is a dynamic position for an Insurance Claims Professional to manage end-to-end claims processes within parameters of claims manual, policies and relevant legislation and regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making decisions on claim outcome, declining claims, customer interaction, supplier coordination, raising payments to suppliers and claim finalization. This role also involves ensuring compliance within delegated authority limits and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from CAB system
- Interpreting policy coverage and determining if coverages apply to claims submitted
- Promptly informing customer of acceptance/decline of claim and escalating issues as needed
- Decide on the best fulfillment method to settle claim
About You
We are seeking an analytical and negotiation skilled individual with proficiency in MS tools and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. Knowledge of Insurance and Case Management Skills are highly desirable.
