Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts payable/receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Responsible for month-end account closing.
- In charge of application & registration of product permits.
- Update & follow up on the progress of the shipment to business units.
- Update records for company building & motor vehicle maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors for office supplies.
- Maintain and update both physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and management.
Requirements:
- Candidate with Diploma/ Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
