Job Overview

Nala Groups is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our freight forwarding team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Explore new customer opportunities to secure business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Prepare budget vs profit reports for potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor debtors aging reports and collect outstanding payments.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and profit/loss reports for management.
  • Lead and develop a sales team with direction.
  • Conduct suitable training for the team in customer sourcing and growth.
  • Assist the customer service team in resolving business-related issues.
  • Propose services and rates from service providers to meet customer needs.
  • Manage day-to-day staff and development, including recruitment, hiring, performance coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Determine current market rates offered by competitors and ensure data accuracy and timeliness in CRM and other programs.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in sea/air freight, transportation, and logistics.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated individual.
  • Able to lead a team of salespersons.
