Career Horizons is seeking a skilled technical professional to join their e-commerce solutions team. As a cloud system support technician, you will be responsible for providing level 3 support, contributing to off-hour support, performing bug fixing, and implementing change requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets.
  • Contribute to off-hour support on a weekly rotation.
  • Perform bug fixing for existing cloud applications.
  • Analyze and implement change requests raised by the BA team.
  • Participate in penetration tests and perform necessary fixes.
  • Conduct unit testing and system integration testing.
  • Maintain and support project activities post-implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in Java EE platform and open-source technologies.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Grails Framework, Spring Framework, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, web services, and MongoDB is an added advantage.
