We are looking for an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to join our team at Wei Liam Costotech Sdn., where you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services to customers.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff, including supervisors and operators, to ensure efficient and effective management of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, providing timely and detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management and project coordination in logistics is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Valid GDL license for lorry driving is required, with minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred.
