Job SummaryWe are seeking dynamic & innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference & are fueled to succeed. The successful candidate will lead a team of Process Technicians, Boilermen, and Lab Technicians to ensure smooth plant operations.
Responsibilities- Supervise Shift Personnel: Lead a team of Process Technicians, Boilermen, and Lab Technicians to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Monitor and Optimize Process Parameters: Utilize your expertise to meet production targets and improve efficiency.
- Ensure Product Quality Compliance: Collaborate closely with the Lab team to address process deviations.
- Troubleshoot Operational Issues: Respond to process upsets and make real-time decisions to maintain plant stability.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in process operations, preferably in biodiesel, oleochemical, petrochemical, or refinery plants.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a shift-based production environment.
