**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our commercial efforts in APAC. As a Senior Commercial Leader, you will be responsible for driving market expansion and ensuring the commercial success of our digital solutions portfolio across the region.

You will play a crucial role in advancing the next generation of Straumann digital solutions, supporting the strategic growth of our Connected Customer Solutions business in APAC.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dental industry, particularly in digital dentistry, and excellent leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies that align with global strategy while addressing localized customer needs and market dynamics across APAC.
  • Implement new business models and create value-driven marketing strategies to support regional market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution within a high-growth, matrix organization.
  • Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscapes to refine value propositions and drive differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in life sciences, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience and proven success in commercial leadership and/or product management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the dental industry, strong experience in digital dentistry preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in people leadership and a proven track record of people development.
