About the Role:

As a Club Floor Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of staff, monitoring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of Club Floor staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality product standards.
  • Maintain accurate room counts and ensure that all rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the Club Floor and Lounge to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
