About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team at DAA Design Associates Sdn Bhd. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing on-site renovation activities to ensure quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all work complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards, coordinating with team members and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution, and conducting regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality control.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership, site coordination experience, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays, ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and prepare and submit site reports and documentation on work progress.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualification in Project Management (encouraged)
  • Experience in site coordination, renovation, or construction (plus)
