Job Overview

i-City seeks an experienced Financial Control Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business Administration and at least 1-4 years of working experience in credit control and customer service, preferably in the Property field.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely billings, collection and loan documentation, as well as managing and overseeing the credit control functions for property projects.

  • Ensure accurate and efficient daily collections.
  • Follow up with solicitors and Purchasers for status documentation.
  • Liaise with end-financiers for release payments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage credit control functions for property projects.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Customer Service Skills

  • Promptly respond to customers' inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information to customers.
  • Escalate customer issues to the management team if necessary.
Requirements
  • At least a Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business Administration.
  • Experience in credit control and customer service, preferably in the Property field.
  • Fluency in BM and English, Mandarin is an advantage.
