Job Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily cash checks, manage invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
  2. Process VAT reports, address tax-related notices, and collaborate with managers.
  3. Handle temporary applications, track colleague payments, and monitor foreign agent debt.
  4. Oversee asset tracking, administer tools, and order stationery.
  5. Develop a system for receipt and payment processing, ensuring approval from superiors, and handle salary payments.
  6. Conduct cost accounting, including capital, management, and salary costs.
  7. Assist with other tasks assigned by upper management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (RQF Level 4).
  • Have a solid understanding of Accountant in Business (F1), Management Accounting (F2), and Financial Accounting (F3) as part of ACCA Part 1.
