YOUR ROLE
  • We work interactively with production, customer, and vendor teams to improve quality and productivity.
  • We lead, supervise, and motivate QA teams to achieve quality objectives.
  • We dedicate as leaders for internal and external audits.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. You will validate requirements from JNTL and JJVC and transfer them into approved processes for Co-Pack and Vision Care operations.
  2. You will monitor JJVC non-conformities during incoming shipments.
  3. You will manage segregation and labeling of quarantine shipments.
  4. You will monitor outgoing quality checks for Co-Pack Finish Goods.
  5. You will track transporter delivery performance against requirements in Quality Agreements and Service Agreements.
  6. You will respond to JNTL and JJVC quality issues related to rework, sorting, process validation, transportation testing, etc.
  7. You will manage QMS CAR management systems (CAR, ECAR, ICAR) for JNTL Co-pack and JJVC.
  8. You will participate in quality and process improvement activities for JNTL Co-pack and JJVC.
  9. You will participate in quality-related audits for JNTL Co-pack and JJVC.
  10. You will ensure that JNTL Co-pack and Vision Care operational processes are well-established, documented, updated, and controlled.
  11. You will educate the HOD of JNTL Co-pack and Vision Care on document control process requirements.
  12. You will verify inspection results conducted by Online Inspectors and necessary documentation for product release.
  13. You will monitor timely submission of necessary documentation for product release (Daily Job Report & Incoming Inspection Checklist).
  14. You will arrange standard references and work instructions, necessary requirements, and approvals for rework jobs, sorting, and process validation.
  15. You will compile inspection results and submit to Warehouse QA for finish products from Co-pack.
  16. You will verify inspection results of over-labeling activities conducted by Online Inspectors (Daily Job Report) and necessary documentation for full receipt processes for putting goods away in storage locations.
  17. You will monitor incoming and over-labeling activities and notify JJVC Quality in case of non-conformities detected upon receipt.
  18. You will ensure that necessary documentation and labels for quarantine shipments are not distributed to the market without approval from JJVC.
  19. You will drive JNTL Co-pack and Vision Care operations to address all customer quality incidents and channel them to CEVA Quality Department.
  20. You will coordinate with relevant parties for thorough investigations to determine root causes within required timeframes.
  21. You will review appropriate actions for corrective and preventive measures.
  22. You will monitor non-conformity statuses and follow up until action closures.
  23. You will assist in coordination with CEVA Quality Department to plan and provide regular competency training as necessary to Co-pack and Vision Care staff.
  24. You will assist QMS in conducting supplier audit evaluations for JNTL and Vision Care vendors, transporters, and couriers.
