Job Overview
This is a leadership role that requires a seasoned professional to manage our Account Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving restaurant growth by managing overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to achieve monthly ad-revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the team to develop business reviews and share them with partner teams and management on a regular basis.
- Ensure removal of any roadblocks hindering goal achievement with minimal supervision.
- Work with the team to identify and implement solutions to drive process efficiencies and business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in team management and sales.
- Proven B2B sales experience in F&B, media, advertising, FMCG, and e-commerce industries is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Able to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills are necessary.
