- Candidate Management: Manage and track candidate engagement using Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Initial Screenings: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, technical recruiting, or executive search, preferably in the semiconductor or FPGA industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of FPGA technology, industry applications, and key players within the market.
- Network: Established network of FPGA professionals, including engineers, architects, and senior leaders.
- Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
- Data-Driven Approach: Data-driven approach to sourcing with experience in market research and talent analytics.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
