Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Expert to join our team at Stealth Semiconductor Company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in semiconductor device reliability tests and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Reliability Engineering, particularly in automotive burn-in operations. They should be familiar with accelerated lifetime tests, HTOL, THB, HTRB, HALT, TC, and various other reliability testing methods.

Additionally, the selected individual will possess excellent communication skills, with a track record of producing detailed reports and presenting technical data to cross-functional teams. Experience with high voltage products, GaN, SiC, and other semiconductor power devices will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the burn-in board/Apps design team to drive readiness of automotive burn-in hardware, ensuring seamless operation in external facilities.
  • Coordinate with package houses (OSATs) and external labs to oversee smooth Automotive burn-in operations, requiring regular travel for on-site support, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct hands-on debugging and troubleshooting of burn boards and related hardware at external facilities.
  • Analyze reliability test results using TIBCO Spotfire and other statistical software, identifying quality issues and collaborating with the FA team to pinpoint root causes.
