  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot extrusion machines to ensure continuous operation.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet or exceed company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular testing and validation of extrusion processes to maintain consistent product specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with extrusion machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of extrusion processes, machinery, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Work Environment:

This role requires working in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to machinery noise, temperature variations, and raw materials. Periodic physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, may be required.
