Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating engineering projects from start to finish. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to oversee engineering design, construction, installation, maintenance, and operations, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Develop and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and preparing cost estimates to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks related to technical aspects, scheduling, budget, and safety.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, preparing progress reports, documentation of project milestones, and other required documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, staying informed about industry regulations and best practices.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and unexpected challenges, identifying solutions and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
  • Effective Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools and Software.
  • Ability to Work Well in a Team and lead projects effectively.
