About the Position

This role requires a strong background in preventive maintenance planning and a keen understanding of food safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. PM Program Development: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and performance of critical systems.
  2. Vendor Management: Oversee and manage contracts with external vendors to ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
  3. Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and oversee maintenance for boilers, thermal oil heaters, and other equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  4. Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental and food industry wastewater discharge regulations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preventive maintenance planning in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in SAP, CMMS software, Microsoft Office, and maintenance scheduling tools.
