The Director, Global Strategic Accounts is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most critical global partners in the payments ecosystem. This involves developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires a deep understanding of the payments landscape, combined with excellent negotiation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, drive business growth, and contribute to our company's continued success.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for key global payment partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for global PSPs and card payment partners, driving partnership growth and value creation
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand commercial relationships, optimizing existing partnerships to maximize efficiency
