Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness

  • Oversee boutique operations, including invoicing, daily sales, reconciliation reports, management reports, and cash management
  • Implement and support all security procedures and measures to maintain a secure and organized working environment

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in retail operations at a managerial level. A minimum of 8 years' experience in the jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry is required. The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with a strong sales focus, exceptional customer service capabilities, and a creative problem-solving approach.
