Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective financial strategies and plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Manage the full set of accounts and financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  3. Lead the review and enforcement of Internal Control on AR/AP/GL/Treasury/FA, identifying and mitigating risks.
  4. Prepare accounting schedules and reconciliation as part of the month-end close process, analyzing variances between actual and budgeted amounts.
  5. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
  6. Cash flow planning, including handling bank facilities, working capital, and cost control initiatives to optimize business performance.
  7. Work closely with the Head of Department to analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  8. Provide forecast information to management for future trend analysis, helping to drive business growth.
  9. Perform project cost analysis and assist in preparation of WIP schedules, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and scope.
  10. Manufacturing variances analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement in production efficiency.
  11. Purchased Price variances – analyze and segregate price variances between budget and actual price variances based on PO price and standard built.
  12. Production variances – analyze and work closely with Planning, Production & Warehouse on configuration created on Production Order variances on std BOM vs actual usage.
  13. Validate and analyze Key Performance (margin, Headcounts, order input) & functional P&L trend.
  14. Responsible for Tax analysis / schedules for Annual Tax Computation, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  15. Ensure compliances with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations, maintaining a strong internal control environment.
  16. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies, minimizing risk and ensuring accuracy.
  17. Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits, facilitating a smooth audit process.
  18. Managing e-invoicing processes and ensuring compliance with electronic invoicing standards and regulations, optimizing cash flow and reducing administrative burden.
  19. Analyze, recommend and implement improvements in accounting systems, procedures and processes to enhance, improve workflow.
  20. Provide financial advice and support to the Management, helping to drive business growth and profitability.
  21. Assist in setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and efficiency in financial processes.
  22. To perform any ad hoc task as assigned.
